I am a 78 years old disabled US Army Vietnam era Veteran. Not long ago I was diagnosed by two VA Psychiatrists and one Psychologist with severe insomnia. My symptoms begin with lack of energy, needing to take a daily 3-4 hour nap between 1pm to 4 pm, needing to go to bed at 7:30 to 8 pm.
